Traumatic Brain Injury Videos

Josh’s young life was changed in an instant when he suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) during a drunk driving accident. Eight years later, Josh and his family are living with the consequences of that fateful night. As he continues to recover from the brain injury, Josh has focused his energy and his time to advocating awareness and safety in hopes that his story will help prevent a teenager from suffering the same outcome.

What began as a mom taking diligent videos of her two-year-old daughter’s recovery form a traumatic brain injury, has now grown into a full length film documenting the rehabilitation and inspiring journeys of four TBI patients. This inspirational documentary shows the rehabilitation of four patients, including a two-year-old and a teenager who was injured at a football game, and their individual struggles, strengths and ongoing recovery.

This video documents Justin’s remarkable recovery after suffering a traumatic brain injury. Although his rehabilitation is still ongoing, Justin was able to walk onto his high school football field just three months after a car accident left the teen in a coma and with severe brain damage. His recovery is truly inspirational.

Zack was just 17 years-old when he suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury during a high school football game in 2008. His injury was so severe that he had to undergo a craniotomy and a craniectomy. Through months of intense rehabilitation, Zack never lost his will to recover, or his smile.
